I’m Naila Saeed, your Ward 7 Councillor candidate.
As a mother of three daughters and a business owner, proudly serving the community for the last 28 years, I understand the hopes and challenges of families in our community. I’m running to listen, engage, and deliver results for Ward 7.
Twenty-eight years ago, my husband and I came to Canada with big dreams and very little else. I started as a labourer, worked in a call centre, and eventually built a childcare organization that now provides more than 1,000 childcare spaces across the GTA, with a strong presence in Peel Region, while creating hundreds of local jobs.
I’ve built teams, solved problems, and brought people together. That’s the practical leadership I’ll bring to Ward 7. I will build a safer, stronger community where every resident feels heard and every neighbourhood thrives. My dream is to make it a model ward.
