It starts at home

Naila opens a single home daycare, driven by the belief that every child deserves high-quality, nurturing care.

2000s

EYES Childcare is founded

That first daycare grows into EYES Childcare, expanding to serve families across community after community.

2010s

Serving on boards & advisory groups

Naila steps into civic leadership, advisory boards, chambers of commerce, and community organizations across the GTA.

2022 to 2025

National recognition

Award after award follows, Canadian Choice, Consumer Choice, Best Early Years Provider, and an appointment to the Ministry of Education’s CWELCC Advisory Group.
