Traffic Congestion & Road Safety
Reduce bottlenecks, make intersections safer, improve traffic management, and advocate for the infrastructure that keeps residents moving.
My journey as an immigrant, educator, mother of three daughters, grandmother, and founder of EYES Childcare has been shaped by resilience, service, and over 20 years of community leadership. I'm ready to bring practical, compassionate leadership to City Hall, strengthening families, empowering youth, supporting seniors, and helping local businesses thrive. I will make Ward 7 a model ward: inclusive, connected, and prosperous for everyone.
For more than two decades, I have built stronger communities through business, social work, advocacy, and civic engagement, alongside school boards, family services, the Rotary Club, the Chamber of Commerce, and many local organizations.
I started as a home daycare provider and went on to found EYES Childcare, which today supports thousands of families across 30+ locations across Ontario. I'm not running to begin serving our community, I'm running to serve it even better.

"Real change happens when leaders listen, work together, and put residents first."
As an immigrant and working mother, Naila understands the everyday challenges families face, from finding affordable childcare to navigating City systems. She turned those challenges into a 20-year mission of service, building organizations that create local jobs and support working parents. She has also championed affordability, housing, and public safety as a former federal election candidate.
From the heart of Ward 7 Mississauga to the neighbourhoods and communities that make this area special, I have worked and been involved here for more than twenty years. I know its families, its challenges, and its opportunities. I understand what makes Ward 7 a great place to call home and I am committed to working together to build its future.
My commitment is simple: show up, listen closely, and deliver practical results that make daily life better for every resident of our ward.
Not just at election time, showing up, listening, and working alongside residents and local leaders across Mississauga.

Investing in youth, creating local jobs, supporting small businesses, and strengthening the parks, families, and seniors that form the everyday fabric of our neighbourhoods.
Leadership, civic engagement, and service across Mississauga and beyond.
